Security Policy
We will ask only for the information necessary to process your order, but no more. You will become part of our data base. We do not share our information about you with any one else without your permission. Therefore you can be assured your information will never be sold.

Returns and Refunds
We make no cash or credit Refunds, instead we will give you a Merchandise Credit to be used on other merchandise on our web site.  Like most small businesses, once the money comes in it is used to restock the company or to pay the bills.  Therefore cash or credit refunds are not possible.  A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from all returns.

We do not allow Merchandise Refunds on any item that has obviously been used or worn.  

Should a defect occur in the first wearing the item can be returned for a Merchandise Credit.  Example: a seam pops during the first wearing.  

Occasionally (though rare) a video, DVD, or CD does not play right - if this happens, you can exchange the bad one for a good one.  You can not exchange it simply because you changed your mind or you don't like it.

Absolutely no returns or refunds of any kind on any Consignment  items, Custom Cut items, or Custom Costuming.

Exchanges for Size
We allow exchanging an item for a size larger or smaller as long as the item has not been worn or performed in.  We understand that many people are not used to our sizing and may buy too large (occasionally too small).  Our sizing is based on the average American woman being a size 14.  Therefore if a size 14 is average it must also be a Medium.

Payment Methods
We accept payment in the form of Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.  All shipments are held until the checks, money orders, or charges clear my bank.  There is a $25.00 charge for any returned checks (I get charged - you get charged).  If you ask us to put a check through a second time and it still does not clear, you will be charged another $25.00.  We do not do trades or barter.

Payment must be made before the start of work.
Body Stockings that are not in stock must be made, I do not put your order in the queue until your payment clears my bank. I make up all body stocking orders in the order in which I receive them.

Rush Orders
Rush Orders are $10.00 extra per item.  This means your order moves to the front of the queue, it has nothing to do with rush delivery.

Shipping
I ship once a week, generally on Tuesday.  I use the US Post Office as my primary shipper.  I ship with delivery confirmation and insurance on every package.  UPS shipping is also available for a slightly higher fee, see order page for shipping charges.  To give you the best service possible and to keep shipping costs reasonable, I generally ship small packages USPO and shipments requiring large boxes UPS at no additional charge.

Rush Shipping
If you need a rush delivery, you will be charged according to your choice of delivery method.  A additional surcharge for rush delivery will be charged to cover transportation expenses.
