I make wonderful Burnout Silk Velvet Jackets with silk fringe.  I hand dye them all myself right here in Las Vegas!!!

Dark Blue velvet with blue silk 4" fringe on a lovely blue background.  One size fits almost all, at least size 8 to 4X.  Feel elegant while staying comfortable.  Just enough to take the chill of air conditioning off your shoulders without feeling hot.   Can also be found on etsy.


   
A NEW style of Silk Burnout Jacket, which is longer with longer fringe, it could almost be a coat/duster for some.
