Articles I have Written

I have been writing about Belly Dance for a long time.  First as the Editor and main writer for the Northern  Nevada Belly Dance Guild, now defunct.  That was back in the early 90's.  Soon after that my partner and I formed Two Old Bags and started publishing Wiggle Hips magazine .  I was the Editor and wrote many of the articles during its 10 years of publication.  I have also wrote my own on-line newsletter, Janie's Oasis, for 6 years.  I write the articles and the reviews for this on-line magazine, now retired.

I am once again a Staff Writer for Ishimmy.com

The on-line version of The Belly Dancer Magazine.
